• Full name
• Mobile or landline phone number
• Email address
• Service address, city and ZIP code
• Home details you choose to share, such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms, preferred cleaning date and specific areas needing attention
• Message content, notes and special requests you submit through our forms
• Call and text message records, including dates, times and content of messages exchanged with us
• Payment details processed by our third party payment processors (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Technical data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and time spent on the site

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account credentials or sensitive health information.

• Respond to quote requests and prepare pricing for your home
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and follow up on cleaning appointments
• Send appointment reminders and service updates by SMS, email or phone

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message types

If you opt in, you may receive: quote follow-up messages, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival window updates, rescheduling notices, service follow-up messages, billing and payment reminders and occasional service announcements or promotional offers from Essential Residential Cleaning.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. You will typically receive more messages around the time of a scheduled cleaning.

How you opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, providing your mobile number and consent verbally over the phone, replying to a message we send at your request or texting us first at (702) 955-4387. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any service, and our consent checkboxes are never pre-checked.

How you opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or reply START to opt back in. You can also call us at (702) 955-4387 to be removed. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile numbers may be shared only with the messaging service providers and subcontractors that operate our SMS program on our behalf, strictly for message delivery, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using your number for their own marketing.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. Our website and services are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, request a quote, book a cleaning or consent to receive SMS messages from us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us using the details in Section 9.

8. Sharing & Disclosure

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

• With service providers who help us operate the business, including our CRM and scheduling platform, SMS and email delivery providers, payment processors, website hosting and analytics providers
• With employees and vetted contract cleaners who need your name, address and service details to perform the cleaning
• When required by law, subpoena, court order or valid government request
• To protect the rights, property or safety of Essential Residential Cleaning, our customers or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets, in which case we will notify affected customers

All service providers are bound by contract to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. As stated in Section 3, mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
